1st time purchase

this is about my first time ordering from musclechemistry .. i had made an order for an aquaburn on 8 13 06 .. now its 8/27.. and no order.. and they never replied to my private messages and emails. i logged in my account for the store and the order is still pending .. how logn is this suppose to take exactly.. i went and checked by credit card statement its been charged for the amount so.. someone please shed some light on this thx
