if she is on birth control you have nothing to worry about
when on cycle your lh and fsh drop really low, i dont know if running hcg during would keep the lh up or not (if anyone knows the answer to this please share), but with your real low lh and fsh you still will produce sperm though the count has drastically decreased. the chances are slim but every now and then one might slip through.
