DC training

Ive been hearing good info. on this program, just not exactly sure how it works, anyone know of a good link to go to that gives me info. and a example of a DC workout? Thanks guys. O and who should consider doing this program? Guys who want to bulk up? trim down?
 
DC training method was in last months issue of flex magazine. Pretty good article. Alot of people like it. I dont favor it too much because it bounces around too much from bodypart to bodypart. I tried it and just didnt feel much. Just my 2 cents tho. Try to get that mag bro, ENJOY!

I tried it for about a month. Had some ok strength gains. I will tell you that I do the DC stretching now regardless of the training. It feels great when finished training...

bump that on the stretching, it's a valuable addition to any program. I wasn't crazy about the training but I still do the stretches
 
When I get a minute tomorrow, I'll post an article most of you have seen, but others that haven't will be very interested in. It's DC himself, about his program.

If someone beats me to it, it was just the sticky he has everywhere (here too I think at one point).
 
Doing this training for a month and so far so good. I like working my chest etc more often but I feel that my quality of workouts isn’t as good as say Big A’s routine. Meaning: I'm not hitting my muscles as thoroughly. Also, by the time I put that much intensity in to my back and chest etc, by the time I get to my shoulders I’m absolutely fucking burnt out. There’s no way I can military press the weight I could otherwise press if I has started out with shoulders (or back or what ever) had I begun with them. No what I’m saying? So what’s your remedy to this problem?
 
just keep going
thats why your only training 3 days a week so you can recover
your right you do get burnt out a little during the workout but thats whats going to seperate you and make you bigger
just fight through it and keep going
 
I love, love, love this training program. How you holding up on it SPC? I'v altered the rep program he suggested but other than that I think everything about it is pretty solid. I've had incredible strength gains so far.
 
If you can generate the intensity necessary to kick your own ass, then even if you're using less weight than you normally would, it's still gonna break you down. I end up using less on shoulders, too (just started DC training ~5 weeks ago), but I do my rest pauses hard enough that I sap every bit of energy out of my delts. I usually throw in a set of laterals at 20 reps right after my last set of presses.

I've been killing myself with DC training and been making gains. It's just a tough thing to do and it's hard to generate the necessary intensity on some bodyparts.
 
yeah I agree with you 100% on that...it is tough to tax yourself like that.
