Creatine Ethyl Ester

i would say that the ethyl ester is better, from what research reports, it has a better absorption rate for less grams of powder. The only downside to the CEE is that it tastes like absolute butthole. Never ate butthole but if i did, thats what it would probably taste like

Well, Presser is the "ass-eater" guru around here :D

but it does taste like shit and can ruin and entire post workout shake (the bitterness cuts right through, even with all that dextrose). I try to mix it in some crystal light if I can and save the micronized/monohydrate for post w/o shakes.
