Fat burners

how is your diet and training rountine? seriously,i had taken some otc fat burner before,and it did shit to me,but it's good for[pre workout] energy though.i lost fat mostly from strict diet and weight lifting.but still,i would like to know any recomendations for a good fat burner.
 
MC aqua burn is where its at if your diet is on track and you want a killer fat burner get some asap just start out slow i cant emphasize that enough. like two drops (strong stuff)
 
Redline is great. But the real deal is the aqua burn.

Both will work wonders. And as Gbart said, follow the directions.
 
First off, for your question bro, if you want a real fat burning combo you want clen, T3 and (maybe) some prop, depending on your experience. For myslef, right now im on just clen and a good diet and im down from 215 to 202 with no muscle loss. I've been measuring myslef via water-displacement. I went down from 11%fat to 9.6%fat from clen and cardio. I still train at 6-8 reps for strength, but for fat loss that's wat I do. PM for more info, MMPX is really good, or supermannpc for this info as well.
