First off, for your question bro, if you want a real fat burning combo you want clen, T3 and (maybe) some prop, depending on your experience. For myslef, right now im on just clen and a good diet and im down from 215 to 202 with no muscle loss. I've been measuring myslef via water-displacement. I went down from 11%fat to 9.6%fat from clen and cardio. I still train at 6-8 reps for strength, but for fat loss that's wat I do.
