Help with my diet

I got a problem , and im sure out of all the lifter on our board that someone has had the same problem. Im a picky eater, im like the opposite of a vegitarian. Other than most meats the only vegetables i eat are potatoes and peas..Any one have any suggestions on my diet???
 
Well that's good that you're the opposire of a vegetarian, protein-wise.

Are you bulking or cutting or just trying to maintain?

Though, I think you may have a problem finding many that are picky eaters. Most of us will eat anything.

Are you okay with protein shakes? Now, with peas being the only veggies you eat, fiber is a concern. Do you take a fiber supplement? Can you eat bran?

Lastly, you say potatoes. That's going to be aproblem with carbs. Do you like rice (whole grain, brown rice)? How about whole grain pastas?
 
How about oatmeal? Also, I jus came across these tortillas. The nutrition facts and ingredients are pretty good. I buy the large ones and the nutrition facts are almost doubled what I attached. It even have 21g of fiber! What else has 21g of fiber?<BR><img src="http://www.missionfoods.com/tortillasplus/images/carb_balance/panel_carb_balance.gif">

Enriched bleached wheat flour.....may as well be straight sugar.
 
wow, I didn't even notice that. the one I picked up has whole wheat flour though. I can't seem to find it on their site though.

i know what you are talking about. I eat em everyday. They are like "whole wheat tortillas" or something like that. First ingredient is like unbleached whole wheat or something like that.

gotta really watch the labels, especially with breads/pastas etc.
