I would load the creatine bro for atleast 3 days i know alot of guys say its a waist but always worked better for me with about 50/50 ratio of trying it both ways and always work much better when i loaded and was noticasble by day 3 and not much difference between then and the 5th day
 
I used the Waxy Maize stuff(Vitargo equivalent) in the offseason.
Best recovery supplement I have used.
