Creatine Only before and after workout

Morning or after you workout when your glucose store are heavily depleted. Thats when ive gotten my best results. Not to be a dick but I dont recall ever needing to ask so many questions about lifting or diet. Its your body you need to let it answer your questions, whats has worked for some people might have no effect on you. Dont take this as an attack.
 
LOL I couldn't agree Banner any more. Why don't you go pick up a few books and learn the old fashioned way?
