www.professionalmuscle.com is top notch..........While alot of boards contain fluff promuscle actually has valuable content from real pro's. BIGA being one of them. Although I dont correspond with BIGA Ive learned a great deal over the years from his info. He's obviously not just some muscle head......He's got a great mind that carries a lot of common sense. Along with his knowledge you have veterans there that can provide insightful well thought out info.......It's surely on my top 3 list.

Then you have smaller boards like the one I admin at which serves too a certain comfort level too those intimidated by huge boards. We provide a friendly atmosphere as does musclechemistry. Eventually you gain knowledge (new guys) and are confident to move along and possibly help people all over.

Boards are a powerful medium and it's great when people give unbiased advise simply to help someone achieve a common goal.

Then there are BAD boards which are simply there to Make a mighty $$$ by providing outrageous advice and posting phony cycles and stories. It's a double edged sword.

This is why I support boards such as this one. We have a great group of honest guys........The great thing is that presser who is built like a tank, owns this board and never comes off like a know it all board god. He's a decent guy. I respect that.

No one knows it all. But when you visit certain boards you can read between the lines and see what the agenda is all about. Like I always say. Use your head.

Yeah it's really the group of bros here that keep everything solid about this site. Some sites you have to walk on egg shells not offend anyone and I hate that shit. Here if you don't like something someone says you can tell em there full of shit and no one will get sensitive about it...I love that.

I belong to one board that sensors curse words...LOL!....sensors curse words on an AAS site, LOL... give me a fucking break!

yeah i hear that SD kinda wierd in that fact but however they wanna run it i suppose.

i see several people belong to 3 or more some more then that what is the reason for this, were they boards from the past do they still exist and do you go in them everyday
me i belong to 9 boards and each one offers me something i can learn from and thats what i want. i go into almost all of them everyday or every other day
i do spend most of my time on one board its called greatmanjohn
been a member for 7 years there its very small and i like it but now in the past year i wanted to learn what goes into my body and how it works so
i joined a few droped a few but now have a good bunch i can learn from and two i can help grow with what i learned
