hey, bros i really consider this my home,and have found out that it is one of the most informative sites i have ever seen.after looking through other sites that are out ther these days it has come to my attention that ther are mostly ran by dumb asses who have no clue about gear or how to lift or even diet 4 that fact. from newbie to veteran every body is welcome.guess just wanted to say thanks for keeping it real mc.
