gettin back in the saddle

alright guys as most of you bros know i tore my long head bicep on my right arm and took some time off ive been off for about 3.5 4 months now and didnt exactly do everything right kinda let my body go to shit. Im back in the gym now hitting it very intensly arm still hurts but nothin i can really do about it doc says pain will subside slowly so fuck it i gotta get back in there ill deal with it. Im gonna run a very mild cycle to get me back into the game to where i was Im at 223 right now at about 15% give or take a little and was thinking i got a shit ton of prop on hand, gonna run 100mg eod for 10 weeks and got anavar enough to go 6 at 60mg. What do yall think should i run the var for the entire thing? or is 6 good?just trying to gain a little more size to get back where i was and get the bf down a little before my bulker next year so i can really pack on the mass let me know your opinions thanks brolys.

damn it's about time!!! I glad to see that your back in the game bro, really excited for ya! I hope that var doe good things for ya, i plan to use it next round myself. Keep us posted.
 
thanks bro yeah im ready to get back into it man this week has felt amazing i feel like a part of me is back haha bump for any other opinions
 
personally I would run the var along with IGF and HGH (if you can afford it)
both those are great for speeding up the recovery process especially the HGH
 
well i damn sure cant afford the gh and igf i dont like i go hypo on it way to easy ive ran it before. My question is do you think i should run the var the full 10 weeks or just the 6?
 
I plan on doing 10 bro. Just keep up on your blood tests, making sure your liver/kidnies are in good shape and you'll be good to go.
 
Go slow bro...If you go too fast you'll tear your bicep again. Remember AS will help build your muscles bigger but not your tendons/ligaments. (at least not as fast as your muscle will grow.)
 
BS its already torn bro theres no worrying about that part anymore its a done deal. The reason im trying to get back into slowly is for the rest of my body that hasnt hit the weights heavy lately.
