protein question

Slow.

Egg protein tends to be a little slower digesting, anyway. When you have the fat from the yolk in there as well, it will definitely be slow.
 
Yeah, I think real eggs are the way to go though. wal-mart sells boxes of 5 dozen for under $4. I scramble 6 in the morning and 9 before bed (1 yolk in each meal), and I go through about 2 boxes a week. It used to be a pain seperating the whites, but you get really good at it after awhile.
