good question bro, if I were you I would keep the time same every day regardless of workout-another thing you might want to consider is upping your vitamen C-go for about 2g a day (especially during the winter months)
another thing is maybe glutimine (kicked my bench up 20lbs at the age of 20 after 1 month of this )
No need to take 2grams that many times throughout the day, take it before ur workout and afterwards, or in the morning and before your work out. And glutamine will also help
