My pushup routine

I used to do these sorts of push-ups when I was in high school:

Put your shoulders inbetween two chairs in the P/U position. Next, while in a push-up position shoot up with explosive power so that your hands end up flat on the surface of the chairs(one hand on each). Do a rep on the chairs and then fall back down to the ground. DO a hundred reps of these and you'll know that you’re in pretty damn good shape.

Anyone else do these? I find them hard to beet. Upside down ones have nothing on these

, and hanstand pushups arent really anything , cause you constantly make gains in them
yea, that and your head gets in the way causing only 1/2 the range of motion.

yep , but after I get back up to be able to do about 35 handstand pushups , im going to start elevating myself with some chairs so I get the full range of motion..

i used to do just simple old chair pushups, or try the ones where you get on both knees and fall to the floor to push yourself back up
