I used to do these sorts of push-ups when I was in high school:
Put two chairs in between you and your shoulders. Next, while in a push-up position shoot up with explosive power so that your hands end up flat on the surface of the chair. Do a rep on the chair and then fall down to the ground. DO a hundred reps of these and you'll know that you’re in pretty damn good shape.
Anyone else do there? I find them hard to beet. Upside down one have nothing on these
