Can you request a different inject site?

I was at the hospital the other day and they had some thing set up for flu shots.

The day before I had just put in 2.5 CC's in each of my delts and they were a bit big and sore. I just knew I didn't want to get stuck there again, not in at least for a few days to a week.

Can you request a doc or nurse to stick you in your place of preference?

I'm sure you could, although they'd probably look at you strangely or ask why. They really have no reason to refuse though even if they think it's weird.

i concur captain. Tell em ur on HRT if you feel like you need to explain, atleast they wont think your a heorin junky or someshit,lol

I was jus talkin to a friend about this the other day. I wonder what the nurse would think if I asked for a shot in the bicep instead? or even better ask her what it's based in and if it's the pain free stuff? haha
