now that i think about it a little more... there were a couple things i was doing to help 'enhance' the effects of what i was taking.. figured i spent an arm and a leg so i better make it worth it...
sleep was much better - i also included a 'night time' OTC supplement to increase IGF levels and muscle repair... and i can't remember the name off the top of my head.. it was like magnesium shit.. i can't remember if i do i will tell you... but helped induce deeper sleeps.. psychologically i was a little up and down - i was pretty pissed that my frontload didn't seem to be doing anything. then out of no where.. i remember waking up feeling good and skin/muscles felt tight - but i always had foot pain in the mornings... like me feet grew at night and they hurt the most when i first put my feet on the hardwood floor (i also have no arches and very flat feet.. i felt like i had a forced arch growing) ... i always managed to have pumps.. and my diet. to be honest sucked.. i remember basically having ups and downs with my diet and used the GH as an excuse to nto worry about it.. and ... i know it isn't the right way to slight your diet.. but it didn't matter.. i couldn't gain an ounce of fat if i wanted too... my skin was slightly younger, and the winstrol dried me out.. i had nicer shape and noticebly increased my peaks and definition and got complimented... i did have slight crashes but not very often... i always crashed more when i was on t3 and carbed.. so i pretty much compare carb style crashes and lethargy to those days.. if they weren't that bad, then overall i don't think they were bad at all... i had longer workouts, and didn't get any soreness after my sets... when i left the gym, i had no fatigue and never felt sore UNTILL i woke up in the morning.. a little stiff, more in the fingers/hands/feet.. but it always went away after a while...
i can't say i felt psychologically any different b/c i was on a high at the results of the thickness my muscles were growing.. the peaks at the end of the cycle we great between the winny and the gh at the end... i started nolva 3 weeks before my cycle ended and the rest was great..
those sterostims were great... too bad they were 450 each and at 4ui's a day .. lets just say i went through more than just 1 ... aaah.. the days before a child.. lol...
i was very happy with the results... GH is by far the best I personally have had but like i said... once I understand IGF a little more that might be a route i'd go depending on availability AND cost effectiveness... that go round i did a big no-no... and started before i had everything i wanted... i was so damn excited about the kits.. that i wanted to start right away.. which zero prep is never a good thing.. i probably could have had much better experiences.. that.. and i wish i could regulate my diet b/c the entire time i just kept researching how slin in combo with GH is fucking amazing...
it's a normal case of the ... i coulda's .. i wish i coulda's... but i didn't .. a's... lol hope that helps.

EDIT ... i think it was called ZMA - zinc magnesium .. something or another... basically supposed to help aid in igf production while sleeping, promote deeper sleep and better repair and recovery.. if i find something on it i'll make a quick thread on a side note
