Reason Im asking is because Im looking to do a Long term GH/IGF cycle for the new year but im staying away from gear. Ive read plenty but theres nothing like input from real world experience.
 
Ok I will step up. Generic brands (called Volumioux and Blue Top). You really do have to use this stuff for a long period to get any real benefit. It took me about a month or more to suddenly start feeling the results and it is hard to explain but the best way I could explain it was I felt as if my muscles started growing outward from within. They hardened and were more defined. I slept much better each night and woke up energized but also felt very tired during certain parts of the day (a common side effect). At 4 ius per day I had trouble with the carpel tunnel pain and actually had to get the wrist bands to sleep with during the night to keep my hands from going numb. If not, I would wake up and my thumb and first two fingers would be so numb that I would have to get up and walk around flexing my hand and shaking it around to try and wake it up. After I got the stiff wrist bands I did not have any more trouble but hate wearing those. I do the 5 days on and 2 off which is controversial but does help save a few bucks since this stuff is expensive. Inject sub-q in the stomach but have also done it in the tris. The amounts are very small that are injected to twice a day injects are nothing with the slin pinz. Just move the injects all around on the belly which also helps keep the fat burned off too. Off cycle I do 2 ius per day so I use it with all my cycles and in between. Luckily for me money is no object because the stuff is expensive to use over an extended period. How old you ask - well I am 50 years young and bigger and stronger than I have ever been in my life.
 
Thanks for the Valuable Input OBD. I plan on staying on for at least 6 months at a moderate to low dose 2-4iu daily. If the stuff helps me get a good nights sleep it would be worth it just for that. The carpel doesnt sound fun but oh well.

As far as the carpel tunnel I have no problems at 2 to 3 ius per day - it just comes on at 4 and up. It goes right away once I lower the dose. Everyone is different. I sleep great with on HGH
 
The sleep sounds F'n great Ive used ambien, Xyrem, Lunesta and non help my sleep. I used to be a sound sleeper. I read that people with Chronic fatigue Immune deficiency syndrome (CFIDS) Have low GH levels and dont sleep well Aside from being tired all the time.
This is one big reason I wanna give it a good long trial. I truely Appreciate the post OBD.
 
i used eurochem i think it was called, was ok i suppose, didnt compare to using igf for me
 
i have used kexing hgh and for muscle building it was awesome, my diet was shitty too but didnt gain any fat, i ran 6ius ED 5 on 2 off for a fewmonths. i like kexing its cheap u get more of it 126ius to the standard 100 and its effective

Slow but SOLID gains - and kept almost ALL of my gains. My pic in the members forum is about 7 months after I did this cycle - and was back at the gym for a few weeks - Would have stayed on longer if I had the money and the resources but..
Side effects both good : see above ... wish I had full dose/legit prop was very hard, all injects in every ab muscle, as well as pecs - lost fat near site injects
bad : tried 6iu's and my feet felt like they had a permenant high arch in the center, even at 4iu's at times i had bad arch pain in the feet and circulation issues in my arms, hands, and fingers... BUT it all went away and I'd do it in a heart beat if I had the opportunity.. Can't remember the actual gains on lbs of LM vs Overall Fatloss.. but it was definitely noticeable.. and muscle atrophy after 4 years of not hitting the gym.. is alot but definitely still have muscle mass.. just need muscle memory to kick back in - after 12-16 weeks i'll be right back on track as if i never started...

I want to educate myself more on IGF - b/c I'm not sure if I had the option which way I'd go...
 
I wanted to add T3 - was very tempted.. but got scared b/c the way T3 / Growth could interact ... didn't want to fuck up my thyroid or end up diabetic was also too scared to add slin (never used slin b/c my diet was never perfect to allow for eating at the correct times).. i'd kill myself on slin... and i never did add t3
 
Nice input.....You struck gold with the serostim. Do you recall having more energy, better sleep any noticable phsycological effects......Being you were 25 at the time I cant imagine you would notice anything that you would probably notice now that your around my age.
 
now that i think about it a little more... there were a couple things i was doing to help 'enhance' the effects of what i was taking.. figured i spent an arm and a leg so i better make it worth it...

sleep was much better - i also included a 'night time' OTC supplement to increase IGF levels and muscle repair... and i can't remember the name off the top of my head.. it was like magnesium shit.. i can't remember if i do i will tell you... but helped induce deeper sleeps.. psychologically i was a little up and down - i was pretty pissed that my frontload didn't seem to be doing anything. then out of no where.. i remember waking up feeling good and skin/muscles felt tight - but i always had foot pain in the mornings... like me feet grew at night and they hurt the most when i first put my feet on the hardwood floor (i also have no arches and very flat feet.. i felt like i had a forced arch growing) ... i always managed to have pumps.. and my diet. to be honest sucked.. i remember basically having ups and downs with my diet and used the GH as an excuse to nto worry about it.. and ... i know it isn't the right way to slight your diet.. but it didn't matter.. i couldn't gain an ounce of fat if i wanted too... my skin was slightly younger, and the winstrol dried me out.. i had nicer shape and noticebly increased my peaks and definition and got complimented... i did have slight crashes but not very often... i always crashed more when i was on t3 and carbed.. so i pretty much compare carb style crashes and lethargy to those days.. if they weren't that bad, then overall i don't think they were bad at all... i had longer workouts, and didn't get any soreness after my sets... when i left the gym, i had no fatigue and never felt sore UNTILL i woke up in the morning.. a little stiff, more in the fingers/hands/feet.. but it always went away after a while...

i can't say i felt psychologically any different b/c i was on a high at the results of the thickness my muscles were growing.. the peaks at the end of the cycle we great between the winny and the gh at the end... i started nolva 3 weeks before my cycle ended and the rest was great..

those sterostims were great... too bad they were 450 each and at 4ui's a day .. lets just say i went through more than just 1 ... aaah.. the days before a child.. lol...

i was very happy with the results... GH is by far the best I personally have had but like i said... once I understand IGF a little more that might be a route i'd go depending on availability AND cost effectiveness... that go round i did a big no-no... and started before i had everything i wanted... i was so damn excited about the kits.. that i wanted to start right away.. which zero prep is never a good thing.. i probably could have had much better experiences.. that.. and i wish i could regulate my diet b/c the entire time i just kept researching how slin in combo with GH is fucking amazing...

it's a normal case of the ... i coulda's .. i wish i coulda's... but i didn't .. a's... lol hope that helps.

EDIT ... i think it was called ZMA - zinc magnesium .. something or another... basically supposed to help aid in igf production while sleeping, promote deeper sleep and better repair and recovery.. if i find something on it i'll make a quick thread on a side note
