Im going to be ordering my protein shakes soon , about 15 lbs or more... since I take 4 shakes a day. I want a little bit of a mixture of dextrose to help me absorb my creatine , so im thinking about 20% , and then the rest just of whey protein concentrate , so about 65% of that , and maybe 15% soy protein , since its a slower absorbing protein and still very cheap. What you guys think? also I got a little while left of creatine left , but Im going to need more so im probably going to get another lb or 2 of creatine. I think I might up my creatine dosage a bit too though , instead of a teaspoon when i take , might bump it up to tablespoon each serving

You may want to watch it with the creatine intake. Your body can only absorb so much of it, and you're at the upper limit with the creatine dosage already. Once you've loaded on creatine, it only takes 5 grams a day to maintain saturation levels.

I cant even remember all the supps I've taken over the years. The only thing
that has remained a constant is Protien. A good one - malic, watch that soy -
you might get some boobies - soy is a estrogen promoter. (good for post-
menopausal women)
