Im going to be ordering my protein shakes soon , about 15 lbs or more... since I take 4 shakes a day. I want a little bit of a mixture of dextrose to help me absorb my creatine , so im thinking about 20% , and then the rest just of whey protein concentrate , so about 65% of that , and maybe 15% soy protein , since its a slower absorbing protein and still very cheap. What you guys think? also I got a little while left of creatine left , but Im going to need more so im probably going to get another lb or 2 of creatine. I think I might up my creatine dosage a bit too though , instead of a teaspoon when i take , might bump it up to tablespoon each serving
