Current Handgripper Workout

sounds like a solid plan bro! good work on realy breaking this down no matter what the workout u always need to keep track of progress and i like how ur doing this with even handgrippers!
 
Hand Strength.

Try to do grip work such as "holds". I am not a huge guy, but I have many people tell me I have very good grip strength. Grip work consists of taking the bar and loading it with a weight that you can only hold for 60 seconds, pausing for 60 seconds and then repeting for only 30. Remember to not just hold the bar but try to "crush" it. When you are done you should feel it in your; hands, forearms, and traps. Good luck. :wave:
