Clen Question

I know that clen isnt that bad for. Do you guys think its safe for me to give it to my little brother who is a high school wrestler. They made him drop down a weight class and hes having a hard time making weight even with a clean diet.

Will the clen affect his heart rate even if he doesnt take it the day of a match?
 
If all he is going to do is a lil clen I wouldnt complain. I knew many wrestler who would do cardio in a sweatsuit in a steam room. I saw some crazy shit.

It very well may affect his heart rate.
 
I wouldnt. Not safe. He's still going to be wrestling on practice days. Plus, with someone that young, im not sure if Id trust it, or him. He could abuse it, just to get a better effect-you know how competitive that sport can be.

Just work his ass off. You'll get the same effect without the risk.
 
if you were supervisng him yourself then i would say u can try it but if left up to him to do himself then i would say no..
 
It's a risk FOR SURE. With out a doubt his heart rate will be effectedl. I would never recommend him using itl.l.l. though I did use ephedra back in jmy HS wrestling days
 
trust me fellas i would monitor what he does
like i said he follows a clean diet and trains hard

i just dont want his heart pounding out of his chest during a match
i was curious of how long the clen stays active in your system
 
i could be wrong but i believe clen stays active for roughly 36hours. let me do some diggin, but dont hold me to that number
 
i hate to say this bro... but if he's in HS... do not give him anything.. that's one of the main reasons we have a problem with this hobby in the government... too many young ones taking shit and getting hurt... that's why ephedra is gone to begin with.. a 300lb high school football player doing triple sessions, taking 3 times the recommended doses, in full gear, and above all .. doing it all in texas!... hot hot hot.. wrestling environment in itself is a hot/steamy workout.. if i were you, i would not do it.

In regards to making weight.. make a strict diet for him - either lean him out or cut his calories - change his training routine - do it all at the same time and keep on his ass to stay focused and he'll drop his weight. that's the right way to do it. don't let special supps be the magic pill/shortcut to get the job done and make it easier..

that's a big problem that people have with our hobbie.. and that's they think we are cheating, when in reality it's to go beyond our natural potential and achieve higher goals.. mediocre goals and shortcuts are not the reason to take this stuff anyway..

maybe that's just my .02, and I took all sorts of supps when i was younger when they first came out - DHEA, Vanadyl Sulfate, Chromium Picolinate, Creatine, Protien, ECA stacks (either stacker style or truck driver brand (ephedra/nodoz/aspirine) but never pharm's/AAS till i was ready and willing to be educated/learn etc..

not trying to piss on anyone's parade but ..
