and i have no problem going threw the fire again, gym whatever

A brother in need ...............Helllllllllllllllllp!

bro... first thing first... get into the gym, and get your heart rate up.. then add some light weights to get the muscles growing and your metabolism up.. before you go into any crazy supps or any other concideration... change your diet up and start working on the cardio... with a large frame and weight of 400lbs you need to make sure your heart gets in the condition to really push yourself.. *unless of course the weight is just recently gained fat from your accident/pain med routine...* .. other than that.. basics first before jumping in hardcore!

accident

most of it came from accident , i ahve no problem going to the gym , and was on suppliments before , i wanna trim off gut thighs and back, can u suggest a good workout in detail for my problem areas, and thanks for the help and speedy reply

You are missing the diet and cardio part. No amount of supps is going to help with diet and cardio changes.
What does your diet look like right now and what type of cardio can you do right now?

go to www.thenextlevelnutrition.com ask supermanpc to get you a diet plan going hes great he will tailor it to your specific needs and goals. Put together to the amount of protein in your shakes hes great and very experienced thats my opinion. As b2s said you got a long road ahead of you at least your here and showing the effort good luck and start a journal or superman will do that for you too as well.

Start simple - as you go keep reading and educating yourself to improve your
workouts. At this point I would just start with two sets for each bodypart and
cardio. Start with mabey ten minutes of walking on treadmill to warm up.
weights : chest = two sets bench
shoulders = two sets of pressing movment
back = two sets of pulldowns
biceps = two sets of curls
triceps = two sets of pushdowns
legs = two sets of pressing movement with legs
(if you can,two sets of leg curls and two sets of calf raises)
Dont worry about what exercises or machines - just do one. Start off slow and
light. After a few times I would also do cardio after weights, slowly building
up the time. This is just one sugestion - there are as many different ways
as there are members on this site. The main thing is to just do something and
slowly build up the weight/intensity.
For diet try to eat good food w/smaller portions at least 4 times a day - keeping
protien high and fat low. If you cheat, dont stop, just try to do a litte better each
week. I would sugest a little cardio every day and cardio w/weights every other
day with a day off each week. If you stay consistant the fat should start burning off.

I kept it simple because I found that the people who do to much to soon last the
least amount of time. (with afew exceptions)

actually i think that's a great starter program to get the blood flowing and to get beyond the initial muscle aches and pains that occur during the first weeks of training...

Bumping what some have said. Get that diet and cardio in check. Consistency is whats going to get you to your desired goals. There are no short cuts and we're here to help you stay focused to keep you on the road to success.

bump this, you need to get your cardio and diet in order before you even think about supps bro.
