Wow-first welcome to MC.
A few questions first:
-What is your age?
-How long have you been training?
-How about some stats- height, weight, etc
-Can you tell us about your current diet plan?

If you are new to training, you don't need all those things you had in your email.
You really need to focus on your diet and adding cardio.
Changes need to be gradual and the key is consistency.
The important thing to remember steroids and thermogenics are icing on the cake. They won't get you there without cardio and diet changes.
Also be patient- you can't get there in 30 days.
How about some more information from you so our members and staff can advise?

as for doing gear to solve your problem that is a dead end street.....its nto a magic pill or serum.....your gonna have to be in shape before you start gear or its a waste of time money and health.....Md-

Bro.....
I could do it......in 4 weeks.
I dont know about the weight.......that is if you go by the scale.
The reason I say this is because I could give you 20lbs - 30lbs of Lean Muscle Mass while decreasing your bodyfat.

So, you will most likely weigh more but you will look a LOT BETTER!

OK at least youre realistic in the fact that you wont get a miracle in 30 days.

At your weight and hieght and considering the amount of time you have to make this impression I would recommend a low carb diet. This will draw out a lot of water weight along with fat.

A woman I trained a few years ago weighed 175lb's @ 5'7". She lost 27lb's the first month and 18lb's the next month..........Then she slowly Upped her carbs to keep herself at her comfortable bodyweight.

You dont need steroids. Diet, Excercise and thermogenics.

I only post about the low carb diet because of your need for fast result......Otherwise I would recommend you find a healthy diet you can live with long term.

So what should I do does anyone have a good work out plan or a diet plan that they can suggest to me?

I'd suggest doing some research here on this site for diets and workouts as well as online in general... I'd also suggest losing the weight through training and exercise, the running is great as I've been a running coach and always a big believer in running being the best cardio for you. How much weight do you want to lose? As for your knee I highly recommend examining your running sneakers. How old are they? Are the running specific? Is there any uneven wearing occurring on the bottoms of them? Go to a running store and have them check out your feet and your gait, they'll usually do this for free and recommend the right shoe for your weight. Do all of this before going to a Doc and you should have some good success. Keep us posted and keep up the effort.
