T3 and Hard Core Cardio

Ive read somewhere back that strenuous cardio while taking a large dose of T3 is a serious risk because the heart may stay in a rapid heartbeat count?

Does this ring a bell for anyone?

Im asking because I am running some prop, have been running T3 for 25mcg for maybe 3-4 weeks, but wanna get rid of my fatty trouble spots, and stay healthy cardiovascularly as well.

what is the safe maximum dosage for T3 while doing intense cardio>?

Should cardio be avoided while T3 administration is over 100mcg?

I would think clen would be more dangerous in that matter, since it effect the nervous system more. You can feel it working and the effects are more quickly present.

I do know 25mcg is a low dose of t3.
 
T3 over 100mcg and cardio may cause some serious overheating if you don't stay well hydrated. Unless you are competing, i don't see the purpose of running t3 so high if your diet is ON. I've run t3 as high as 100mcg ed with brutal daily cardio with excellent results during my prep phase, however my fluid intake exceeds 2 gallons of water a day and unless you are running some serious gear, you can kiss your gains good bye.

I know Ive read that your heart will maintain that high bpm in an article somewhere.
It advised not to take high T3 dosage before hard cardio....

What would be an ideal prop dosage to run the T3 that high?
My diet is on as far as beeing clean (Chicken and tuna)

Im running prop at 400mg/wk

Id really like to get rid of the hard "noduley" fat cells around my belly button, and the upper part of my hams/glutes tie-in
