How much does this stuff bother you? For me, it's probably my biggest pet peeve.

I hate the popping when you go in, I hate that it takes longer tp push oil in. I just cant stand the stuff. It gives me the willies when I hit it.

Am I alone here on how much this stuff bothers me?

I stopped hitting my quads for a year and did a left quad the other day and it seemed just as horrible as when I stopped hitting them last year. I know you can massage the area and it helps break up the scar tissue. Maybe I just need to start calf, lats and trap injects?

My worst areas are my quads and tricetps. Bicepts and delts are that far behind. Been doing pecs to try a greater rotation. Maybe I'll go back to glutes too.

Nope, it bothers me too. I especially hate how long it takes to get the stuff in sometimes. I've heard that only a deep tissue massage will break it up. The popping gets me too--I keep thinking I've hit something that I shouldn't have.
 
i hear ya on the popping i dont have alot but it freaks me out little clicking as it goes in makes me feel like fingernails on a chalk board lol i hate it.
 
bring the traps into rotation. Lats are good, but difficult to hit youself, or atleast for me it was
 
Try to find a chiro who preforms A.R.T. active release theropy. I have been told by a few ppl who compete it helps to break up scar tissue in the body.
 
it dont bother me so much,but what does bother me is gettin that pin half way into the bi,chest or leg and haveing the fucker spasm that freaks me out.

Thats what happens when you hit a nerve bud. And yes is sux when it happens.
 
it sucks when it spasms but really sucks when you actually hit it a little bit and you get that nice little pain that scares the shit out of you.
 
im starting to have this problem as well. On short compounds I had scar tissue issues everywhere. I try to stick to long esters if possible and purposely look for higher dosed compounds to try to reduce sticks as much as possible as well as the volume of each shot. I believe its not just the poke, but the volume of the shots that effects scar tissue as well. Learning another site shot couldnt hurt. I did chest and traps for the first time this cycle.

I say I'd never do calfs or lats, but I said that about traps and chest too. Guess if it comes too that in the future.
 
The one area I don't want to touch is calves. I've done lats before, no problem. Not sure if I have enough mass in my traps to use them. Delts are still my favorite spot for now, and I find it easier to minimize scarring there.
