How much AAS to take with T3 to prevent muscle loss

I have run T3 several times and I really dropped weight quickly with it, however too much of that was muscle.

I am looking to do a cutter now and I may also add some T3 to the mix.

I am taking a gram of test, a half a gram of deca, 600 mg of primo and 500 mg of var a week (var is in daiily doses).

How high can I go with the t3 and not drop muscle at too fast a rate. I am thinking of only going up to 100 mcg.

BTW, I don't have any sides from these doses and my cholesterol is under 150 and my BP is normal. I am 200 pounds, 5'8" and 41 years old.

That's alot of gear for a guy your size... I will assume you did all the research so no preaching from me;) LOL!! You should be able to go up to 100mcg w/o any muscle loss. You're on enough drugs to remain in a constant state of anabolism.

Seriously... with what you doing your protiens should be well protected... i don't see why you can't just do the normal 125mcg taper. Even while cutting you can overload on clean calories and keep your mass running smoothe so that your fat and carbs are what burn the most..

there is a bazillion (ok not that manY) of threads on T3.. do a search and you'll see all sorts of results from different body types/ages and doses male and female.. along w/ cycle mixtures etc.

Diet must be spot on.

With that amount of gear and keeping your protien high you shouldn't have to worry about any muscle loss. 100 mcg should be plenty to reach your fatlosss goals. I have gone as high 150 mcg but I don't recommend doing it. Just remeber that no matter what you are taking that the most important thing is to have your diet spot on.

Just me but I wouldnt even taper I would cruise @ a dose and you dont need it to be @ 100mcg to burn fat. You can keep it much lower and get the job done and not worry about thyroid.

u must taper down atleast to avoid thyroid problems or backlash correct?

NO def dont need to taper down if you dont run it at a hellish dose like some do. I have never had a problem with my TSH levels and I dont taper down and been at it for some time with t3. I also dont feel the need to run it at higher doses like some ppl do. Remember everyone reacts differently and depending on the dose I dont feel its necessary. I wouldnt cruise @ 100mcg or 75mcg for that matter and not taper but 25mcg or even up to 50mcg I dont see a need and my thyroid has bounced back fine everytime. But now that I do this doesnt mean that you should but i suggest for the more experienced users to run t3 @ 25mcg while bulking to keep fat loss to a minimal and at such a low dose tapering wouldnt be beneficial. You may think 25mcg wont do much to aid you in your quest for lean size but its actually quite effective and not overkill. More isnt better and when it comes to T3 i like to be more conservative.

From the research I have read, folks aren't going to screw up their thyroid. I have run high doses before (and I mean high) and I ended up dropping muscle and ending up only a bit better than I was before. I want to avoid that by using a more normal amount.

I am planning to do a ten day taper and continue the diet for another few days before going to a diet that has a small caloric excess and trying to gain muscle.

My diet is solid (chicken, fat free cottage chees, protein shakes, walnuts, high fiber carbs, fresh veggies and fruit) and I get enough protein, though it is harder when I cut.

Thanks for the advice.
