Actually I'm not exactly new, I have been reading the board for a while and have made a few posts.
I was a member on the Anabolic Extreme many years ago, I posted there as Rayguns. I remeber MMX2 from there and he encouraged me to check out this board.
I thought I would tell everyone a little bit about myself. I'm 5'8" currently about 230lbs and have been weightlifting for just over 20 years. I have competed in 13 NPC bodybuilding contest. The most recent was in 2002 in the North Carolina NPC State Championships where I won the lightheavyweight class. Obviously its been a number of years since I competed and I am looking to make a return in the late summer. I haven't lost my love of lifting so I am still in pretty good shape. I hope that I can learn some things here and maybe offer some practical knowledge as well.
