pain

got a weird pain that runs runs down my left ass cheak all the way down into my my ham and its only when i am standing and not all the time. not a shooting pain but an annoying aching pain. didnt know if i have a pinched nerve. seems to go away when i take alot of time off,but comes right back when i start up again. any of u had this before?

Yes, mine was the siatic nerve which runs down the leg. Could be also a pulled muscle. Don't screw with it. See a doctor asap. Get several opions from several different doctors b4 letting them cut you if that will be needed. I was lucky and had success with a chiropractor.

Yep, sounds like the sciatic nerve. That's a serious one. Get to a doctor.

I have had the same problem before also.I would see a doc if I were you. Most of the time nerve problems,and I'm not saying thats what it is,but alot of times it can be corrected with a few trips to the chiropractor. If left untreated it can become a very big problem. I have gotten into doing some extra streching even when I'm not working out and that has helped a good bit.
