usually start at 25mcgs and e3 days or so increase by another 25, or go by feel, i dont go to high as it gives me monster headaches and i run test with everything LOL

When in that cycle would be best to run it, i figured towards the end b/c the tbol will also help me lean out
if i remember correctly clen and ephedra both are active at the same receptor so its better to take those 2 weeks off, ill see if i can find that info so dont quote me on it LOL
huh didn't know that, going by trial and error I notice that after 2 weeks that clen shakes subside somewhat and my energy drops...but I still get a pep off the ECA and then get the energy and shakes back when I resume on the clen...
was wondering if I would be better running Aquaburn instead
yeah bro you can run clen anytime unlike t3 it doesnt cause you to lose muscle and fat. People commonly say taht clen has a slightly anabolic affect actually. You can run it anytime you want bro.
another rumor that I heard, and this tends to work well for me...is to run clen after a cycle to regulate the cortisol levels so they don't just hit all at once
