is this unit "µg" equivelant to mcgs? like 10 µg is the same as 10 mcgs?

Yes, it is mcg. 1 mg = 1000 mcg

hmmm... I understood that was nanogram. I'll double-check. Nope, mcg is correct. Nanogram is the next smaller down.
