test and sunbathing

Ok, the sunbathing just sounds ridiculus. Thats a very false statement. The 5-10 reps rangs im not sure about? I know they wont have a huge bump in natural test, but hell maybe a bit, probably nuthing notiable though

In all seriousness I have no idea about your question, but I was talking to a buddy yesterday about bumping up my bench max for competition. He told me that if I do 1 set of heavy squats right before I bench my bench max would increase. I don't know about this, but I'm looking for any research to back it up if anyone has some. I'll talk to him again today and try to find out why he believes this, but I believe he said it was because my body would realease a whole ton of hormones when I squatted heavy and then those would be available to help boost my bench for a one time deal. Thoughts?
 
squating is supposed to increase test production from all the studies i have read but i dont know about squating then benching right after, usually after i squat i just want to sit their and hyperventilate
 
I've been told that by doing squats you trigger your body to release more GH because of using so many muscles at one time or something of that nature.

sounds like a good way to release all your ATP prematurely and have a nice bench failure.

that's exactly what I was thinking... the theory about squats and deads helping release more test and GH into your system doesn't help right at that moment!!! You grow while you're resting not while you're in the gym... Geez.
