What's up boys and girls. I've been away from the boards for far too long and I've finally got it worked out so I can be online more often.

Renovations on the house are almost done. Been putting a gym in the basement, which is coming along nicely. I'm currently about 218 with a little extra padding and I'm looking to get down to 200 and get my 32" waist back for the summer and get all my Max lifts back in the process.

Once I get some consistency back and I knock up the wife I'm going to go back on the good stuff but for the time being I plan on picking up a few more bottles of IGF, I started shooting 60mcg a day this morning.

It's good to be back!

I wasn't really "gone" I just wasn't able to inject my knowledge and insane wit onto the board on a daily basis as I've had in the past. There's a big difference between once or twice a week and being everyday to share the love.
