might not be the answer your looking for, but if your going to save money, get protien shakes and not creatine. Or just spend it on extra food.
 
why arent you going to use any supps? the easiest thing to do is drink the cals you dont have time to eat or cant spend the cash on...its easy as hell to make your own meal replacement shakes with some protein powder and some house hold items..
 
protein powder is pretty damn cheap, hell i get some of the cheap shit from a health store where i live for 40bucks for like a five gallon bucket of the shit...
 
rice protein is not a good option bro, you need an animal protein to build quality muscle. Whey is obviously the best but it tends to be more expensive. Look for Egg protein or milk or something other than rice and soy is probably even better than rice although I don't trust soy because it has been shown to raise estrogen levels.
 
dymatize has some cheaper protein too. you could get it at bodybuilding.com too. and that shit taste pretty damn good. it's better than the optimum nutrition protein I've tried. don't forget the oatmeal man. that shit is dirt cheap and crazy calorie dense.
