WOW week two

muscleitis

Banana
running galenika E 250 @ 250 a week. Going low to try this brand out and accomplish some minor goals. Second day of week two and bang! power is up. doing 20 mins of cardio w/ three sprints in the mix pre workout. I've already gotten some small size gains and lost some belly fat. diet is clean and lifts are as follows:mon chest, tue tris, wed shoulders, thur bis, fri back, and sat legs. i've given myself many variations for each muscle which i change weekly. 6'2" 250. ran a bit of tes and decca in the past. fairly high bf, but my circulatory system is rocken w/ a resting pulse rate of 55. btw i'm a nurse. yes a male nurse, but we make good coin. Any thoughts would be welcome.

That's a really low dose...250mgs per week??? Why not throw something in with it, or bump it up to 125mgs x 4 per week?? It is a good brand.

Well I messed up my order, so I thought what the hell I'll just do it. Cant afford to get more for a while and it was burning a whole in my pocket.

Week three and my strength is up about 20lbs on most lifts. Diet and cardio are solid. I dont weigh or I'd post it. I prefer to look in the mirror. Also the shots are totally painless w/ a 3cc 23 gauge 1.5" in the delts. Working each muscle group 1.5 to 2 hours. Just slow controled movements, f'n painfully awsome workouts thoe. Thanks for reading.

I'm looking foward to week four. Also looking foward to SUNDAY for a day off. Thanks Spider. I'll do my best to keep posting.

nice little log you got here bro keep up the progress and keep the updates coming.

Week three day two. Only had time for some ez bar curls, but I did them in the rain.(most of my equiptmens out back). Went up in weigh two times. Ran the last set @ 15 reps. One hour later and I feel like I could do it again, but I'll rest. No doubt things are starting to kick now.

Ya it's been raining a lot and were under tornado warning for awhile. Thanks for following my log. I just coulden't bring myself to miss a day. Thats how it starts, you get a break in your routine and its all over. Hell I've used the coutch for dips when it was really bad out. I don't mind missing a small amount of cardio, but not bicep day!.

Forgot to mention, years ago I had a compound fracture to my humorous, ripped right out the back of my arm. I got a plate and six screws. ALSO broke my hip, cracked all ribs on one side, and collapsed one lung. Car wreck. Right arm lags a bit, but I do a few extra for that. Everything else has healed in time, but makes working out painful. Push on. Life is short and painful, if you can get some pleasure out of it take it. And dont forget about the less fortunate poor bastards out there everytime life has it's foot on your neck. Thanks

week six. havent had much time as of late to write. things are looken good! i coulden't imagine that such a small amount could do so much. all lifts go up 5-10lbs a week. back and shoulders are really comming along. no sides to report other than feeling really good. seems like everything just rolls off of me, nothing really bothers me much, but when it's time to move some weight i get pissed and will throw the weights at the end of a set and be ready to go again in no time!. Got me a w/o partner!!! much much better with someone there to help you along(change weights for you, haha) things are working out well this go around. diet and cardio have been a bit lacking, and i changed to a 3 day w/o, but i NEVER miss a w/o and i'm pleased with the results thus far. i'm looking forward to doing some clen and tren next time. thanks for reading bros.

sounds like u did good bro! are u going right into the tren and clen or taking time off after this one?

wow, a little test changed your life! Keep up the good work and the log bro, we all love reading about how each other are doing

I'll wait 2 months to level out. I like lifting while off. Gives me a chance to see what I've been working for.
