Happy Friday. WWHHhhoooooo HHHhhhhaaaa! Couldn't be happier to get home early today, get some hardcore training in and do some cardio. Nothing planned except training like a champion this weekend and getting some rest.

its 222 in the morning just wanted to say hi to the MC staff that might have insomnia and cant sleep cause i just got done with some hardcore sex and im a little drunk so i think ill end on this not good night ladies and gentlemen danm im typing pretty good. .........

haha im thinkin about puttin my name on the list just in case haha jk yeah im done partyin as of sat. had to get a little out of my system before 12 weeks of not much drinkin at all and summer. Prob startin next week im fuckin sick again got some sinus infection goin on goin to the doc to get some meds this afternoon.
