Muscle endurance still build strength?

I think it's a terrible idea, you're not going to make any gains or increases in strength. Read up on DC training there's plenty of posts here and Sticky's for you to read.
 
Come on bud...you should know by now that you can't get stronger lifting the same amount of weight everyday. That is precisely why you see the same guys in the gym year after year without any additional muscle on them. THEY ARE DOING THE SAME THING, NOT INCREASING THE WEIGHT!!! You'll never be able to bench what you want if you're only doing pushups. Don't quit the gym...the $20 isn't that much, I'm sure you can find something to get it. DON'T QUIT THE GYM!!! Malic bro, how are you ever going to know what works for you if you only stick with stuff for 2 weeks at a time? From what I've seen dude you got awesome genetics and are way ahead of most guys at your age. Just be consistent!
