chicken in microwave?

hey guys i cook everything i can in the microwave to save time and its alot easier then grilling a piece of fish etc. Anybody cook there chicken in the microwave? I was thinking about givin it a shot just cook it till it looks done int he middle and pay attention to how long i leave it in there so i know later on. i always cut it anyways to make sure but make it easier then grilling just turn it on go back to doing whatever then when its done go eat.

Get the fully cooked chicken breasts. We them here in Texas and they are awesome.
Chicken and beef cook unevenly for me in the microwave.

humm i couldnt find any fully cooked is that the ones in the bag? those are the only ones i saw and they were high in sodium like 500 or better per serving

When I grill em for the fam. I always put them in the nuker first for about 7 minutes to make sure they get done on the inside, then I throw them on the grill.

You can wash them before you nuke them or they also make low sodium versions.
Come on here- you can modify to what you want.

so most of the sodium is on the outside of it then? hell ill just use them they are much easier then thanks for the tip mmx.

Most of sodium is in the seasoning. The company I work for makes these another ready to cook meats. Like I said I always wash them before I nuke them anyway.

nice cool then cause those are a shitload easier then grilling for 30 minutes.
