Dumbells

I don't like the high reps for you little bro. I would stick to the heavy stuff but you can still change the order of the exercises and switch to dumbells if you want. There are lots of ways to shock the body without going high reps. Read up on the DC training posts on here. DC is perfect for you.
 
you need to read and follow the DC routine to the letter, it's all about the days you exercise each bodypart and the stretches in between sets as well as the heavy work sets and the rest pause. You can do any exercises you want with DC so you can use dumbells
 
its confusing at first little bro post questions if you need help but i think it will do great for you. Im about to start it as well. just read it over and over lol thats what i had to do.
 
sounds like you're getting closer to it... the pause comes at the end of the set. so in other words if you're benching and you're on your heavy set and you get 7 reps, you pause and then get another 3 or 4 reps and then pause again and get another 1 or 2 reps. so you'd write it in your journal something like this:
Bench Press 225 x 7 , 4, 2
