Female How to use IGF_1

Hi guys, I am new to this. I need some advice. I am taking HGH 2.5IU daily, have been for 2months, don't notice too much difference. I work out regularly,(5-6days) and have for years on and off. I am into weight training and want to increase lean muscle mass, drop fat. I recently qualified as a personal trainer and want to tweek my body. I want to try IGF_1, heard that will give me better results. I have been quoted on vials of 0.1mg of this or 1.mg. If I purchase, what do I mix with and how much should I take, how often per day, over how many days? What is shelf life and how do I keep this. I currently mix my HGH with sterile water for 4 day dose.
Hope someone can kindly help me out. Great site I stumbled upon.

hello and welcome to the site, IGF is a great compound and it sounds like it will give you the results you're looking for. I have a lot of experience running it and MC's IGF is already mixed and should ideally be kept in the fridge and will last over a year. As for dosing for a female I can't help you with that but I will look into it for you. Again welcome to the site.

I am thinking of purchasing from the July special of 3 lots from MC, I did read another thread that said females dose same as males, whatever that is? I guess like anything I would start of conservatively. If it comes already mixed, how do I administer it, also is it liquid? How long would this sort of supply last for, is it true it's best to cycle 50days on and 4 weeks off? I read that today on one of the threads. Thanks so much for your time and information. yes it is liquid, you can apply it directly to the muscles you're looking to improve as there is great site enhancement of course MC's product is not meant for injection but if you were to inject it you would use a slin pin and shoot it IM. I usually run it myself at 30mcg each side left and right for instance I'd use 30mcg left delt in the AM and then 30mcg in the right delt Post Workout but at the moment I'm using both PWO and getting good results.

oh and I also usually use for 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off everyday but you can extend that by only using it on training days and go the 50 days
