HEY ALL:
JW IF U COULD SUBMIT URE FAV. HOMEMADE MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKES RECIPES. I WORK A JOB THAT LIMITS MY FLEXIBILITY WITH FOOD SO I LIKE TO HAVE A NICE CALORIE FILLED (BUT WITH THE PROPER SOURCES OF CALS, OF COURSE) MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKE CHILLIN IN THE FRIG. READY TO POUND. OBVIOUSLY, WHEY HAS TO BE IN...BUT IM WONDERING IVE BEEN THROWING IN OATS BUT BEEN CONSIDERING PANCAKE MIX INSTEAD I DUNO, OLIVE OIL? FLAX/FISH OIL? PEANUT BUTTER? I CURRENTLY MAKE MINE WITH SCOOP OF WHEY, 2 TBSP. OLIVE OIL, 1 TBSP. PB, 1/2 CUP OATS...BUT IT NEEDS REVISING.
THANKS!

a tablespoon of instant coffe, 1 scoop whey , 1 scoop casienate (bothvanilla), a ounce of mixed nuts(or couple tbl of pnb), splenda to taste and enough ice to get the consistancy you want ... tastes like a frozen drink from DD

add in oats if your meal cals for it but make sure you gve it extra blending or its a lil gritty , but then again your a bodybuilder and you do what ya gotta do. I still get shit to this day when I made a tuna shake wen i was about15

hahahaha...no shit man....gotta do what we gotta do..
thanks fellas.....hope this post is helpful for all.

ha my buddy is really lean pretty stout at 185 and his shakes he puts everything in them from penut butter to chocalate syrup ice cream oats lol anything with cals. I asked him one day if he wanted me to get the mayonase lol.

he never did it i just said he had everything else in there might as well go for it too lol.

remember hearing that your protien starts to break down when mixed with liquid
after awhile. I used to always mix before work (5:00 am) and sip all day. Now,
if I can I try to mix the protien powder in closer to drinking time.

yeah it takes longer then a day i think though MC Thats why i stay clear of RTD drinks when i can. You never know how long its been there. But i think 1 day in liquid isnt really gonna hurt anything.

I use whole milk
2 scoops of whey
1 scoop of ice cream
2 raw eggs
1 tablespoon of coffee grounds
1 teaspoon of L-glutamine
and then the creatine if I'm doing so at the time
