Very interesting study showing that people who consume large amount of coffee/caffiene (10< cups/day) have a decreased risk of contracting Type II Diabetes. This is an older study, but is ver interesting to me and is, for the most part, well done. Thought it would be nice to put something on here showing the benefits of caffiene/coffee as opposed to always hearing that it is bad for you!!! Enjoy.
