Took 200mcg today, 50 in each pec and 50 in each calf. calfs got painful as i was walking around and i felt light headed, dizzy and nauseas, then i got hungry.. eating has always been a problem for me, im not a big eater, hence only 16st after 15 yrs (5 10) but damn i cleared out the fridge, then i went to work and felt bloated and still a bit dizzy.

trained chest this eve and felt ok, 3 plates on bench steady away.

Yes, many of us have felt that. IGF acts similarly to insulin, so it can lower your blood sugar somewhat. You should increase your carb intake a little when using IGF. You must have been low already so it made you go a little hypoglycemic. The next time you feel like that, just eat some carbs.

That was experienced from the MGF. I just realised i ordered 2mg vials so I must have took 400mcg. It was first thing so i guess my blood sugar was low hence the dizziness. Should that happen with MGF?

Wait, are we talking IGF or MGF? They are different things. You mentioned IGF in your first post though the title said MGF.

I have begun to get interested in PEGMGF. I have actually heard it is best run on its own, not in conjunction with IGF. I have read a couple different times that alternating between the two has yielded better results. Also, I have also heard that doses much closer to 1 mg per week are where the results seem to come. The problem I have is that I have not seen a place where this is economically feasible for me, especially in relation to IGF, where benefits can be seen at a much lower dosage, yielding a much better average cost for the duration of the research.

I agree with you completely

Maybe by next summer someone may have a good enough price on this to get a decent deal to run a pegmgf only experiment, say a 1mg-1.5mg/week for 5-6 weeks on, then 5 off, and another 5-6 weeks on, maybe MCAS?...
