So I go outside last night to scrape some ice off of my driveway and I'm pretty successful at it for about 15 minutes and I get a lot done. I turn to go back into the house and hit a thin patch of ice and lost it. I was in the air vertically for about 12 seconds while my life flashed before me and I thought about how much it was going to hurt... I busted my ass and my back and my wrist. I was so pissed when it happened it actually didn't hurt but I got up this morning and my left wrist is sore and I was sitting in a conference room for a 3 hour meeting and tried to lean back and stretch and my back knotted up.

I look back and now laugh about it but it's going to suck when I try and lift.

that calls for some light lift days till u heal another thing is, use sone motrin 800mg tabs, it takes inflamation out quickly hope your better be cool and be safe and um no more ice capades lol

My shoulder still hurts a little from my fall down the stairs in the rain and its been
a couple of months. (thats what I get for not laying off)
Mikey, can you do it again and have your wife video it for us???

buy some ice melt or somethin and throw down the night before it is supposed to snow and shit works great. Sory to hear about your fall bro hope you didnt seriously injure something take it easy in the gym for a few.

Damn, I hate that. There is a product called "biofreeze" that works pretty well on aches and pains like that

thanks bros, yes Biofreeze is awesome, I had to rub some on my ribs this morning when I woke up but I think the worst of it is over. Going to try and get an easy workout in tonight since it's been a few days and nothing is acting up anymore.

and Yes next time I will have the wife videotape it!

never heard of it - where did you get it. Thanks
you can usually get biofreeze without a prescription from a chiropractor or doctor. I haven't seen it avaiable as an OTC product yet. MY chiro who is a long time friend used to give me samples all the time. Last time I was there I bought a bottle of it with a roller applicator, works like a charm and you don't have to get it all over your hands ;)
