what are some healthy/decent snacks?

what are pretty good snacks that fit into our bbing diet? Please give some ideas, i've been dying at night (and throughout day) for food to fit in between my (5-6) meals. I've been eating some fruit, but it seems fruit is so high in sugar, i also like the lean beef jerky, but what else is there?

also, do they have a store-ready oatmeal cookie or is all that shit bad too?
 
protein bars, and protein shakes. lol. tuna, chicken, jerky, yams, oatmeal, brown rice, etc.

I would imagine most store bought oatmeal cookies would be chalk full of sugar and fat. You can make your own protein cookies/bars for pretty cheap and they will be way better for you. You just need to spend a little bit of time making them. There are a ton of recipes for them.

this has been a fav of mine.. only prob is i only can eat it on bread or crackers and im trying to avoid all the carbs at night, thats been my biggest prob, the late night carbs.

funny you should say that i had some this morning with breakfast, i by the "Blue Diamond" brand they are an arm and a fucking leg expensive but taste better then any i have ever eaten before
