Alright, just a little confusion so im tryin to get it all straight. IGF is injected, straight into the muscle that you work out? Which means if i work out different muscle groups, the injection site changes? And also, would i split dosage for injections... Like say i work chest, inject half in my right pec, half in my left?? I dont know, excuse me if im partially retarded, just trying to straighten some stuff out before i buy it.

Also, I can take IGF by itself, i dont need anabolics to support it? Im thinkin of running some test boosters while im on it, what would be the best? Or should i push something else besides testosterone thatll help better. Trying to stay away from anabolics.

Too much information to digest! :dizzy:

All we can say is, it is applied....but if you apply it to a muscle, it will grow. IGF stays active for 12 hours, so a lot of people apply it 2x per day. IGF is great alone, infact i just started my IGF only cycle. Check it out, its called normal's IGF log.

You don't have to apply into the muscle that you are working out. Some people do, but you should be able to apply it anywhere. I honestly would avoid poking myself twice a day if I didn't need to. Why don't you just apply in one spot one day and the other the next. Like anything else you should rotate spots.

About the test boosters I can't really comment, but you don't necessarily need to run other stuff with it, but it definitely helps. Many have ran it alone with great results.

IGF run by itself will help the muscles to which it is applied to grow, but don't expect a huge gain. You would do well to research exactly how IGF works. The main effect of IGF is usually fat loss depending on the dosage used.
