Loving IGF-1. I've been using it as part of my pct and have not lost an ounce of strength. After researching I decided to do multiple applications over each muscle group to affect as many muscle cells as possible. I believe it is working well but damn. 100 mcg. split bi-lateraly then spread across each muscle group=a minimum of 4 sticks at one time 5 days a week. I feel like a pin cushion.
