I just made the most awesome wrap!!

Ground turkey, egg beaters, salsa, cheese, mayo.

Grill up the ground turkey first, once brown, throw in the egg beaters, then after thats nice and cooked, put in some of your favorite salsa, Cook a little more, add a little cheese, let that melt.

Now put some mayo on a veggie wrap, put everything in it.

takes like 5 minutes to make.
 
Souns Good Especialy If It Only Takes 5 Minutes, You Know What Takes Even Less Then 5 Minutes,

lately ive been putting turkey bacon on everything.
 
Dam, that was great!! I just used french bread and the Mayo - It was all I had on
hand but it was good.
 
Damn that sounds good, except ill switch the mayo for hot sauce...Funny Mayo kills my stomach and hot sauce dont.. Kinda weird huh!
 
very weird. I was a huge fan of taco bell before i started my diet. These are either just as good, or I forget what taco bell tastes like.
 
I hate taco bell, but taco bueno go hard!
But im dieting so no TB for me :(
 
I havent had fast food in about 5 months. I can honestly say i dont miss it at all. I think id puke if i had a burger.
 
Assembly line food is good to make. Just make everything on sunday and you have food for the week. it should last. I used to do breakfast burritos but I bet these Turkey Burritos with Rice, beans, and a whole wheat tortilla with salsa would be a good pre/post workout meal. or even breakfast when your on the go.
