When injecting test., most use one needle to draw and then replace with another to shoot. Insulin needles aren't removeable, so how do you ensure sterility. If I draw the IGF before my workout, wait until PWO to shoot (letting it hit room temp) then inject IM, how can that possibly be sterile?

Theoretically, if you alcohol swab the top of a vial, your pin shouldn't be touching anything that isn't sterile (rubber stopper, inside of vial, alcohol swabbed skin).

he's correct. also, many guys pre-load their syringes, not only with IGF, etc. as long as you cap it and swab the skin you're good to go.

I believe the reasoning behind loading with one needle and shooting with another is not related to sterility. Pins are so sharp and delicate that pushing through the rubber seal can dull them. Also touching the glass of a vial will dull them. switching out allows you to have the sharpest pin possible.
