does anyone just do thigh injection and does anyone else feel like it gives them a charley horse>>???

If I inject anything in my thighs, yes, it feels like that. Thighs have a lot of nerves in them, very sensitive area.

thanks i have yet to inject anywhere else. only 3rd time where in the tris do you inject as well as the shoulder?

I dont mess with thighs - everywhere else I just go for the meat. Check out body's
website he recomended cus I AINT NO DR. lol
