I have finally.. finalized my plan. I have researched and found a lot of great info on immediate PWO IM injects. I want to focus the IGF on the muscles being worked and try to localize the effect as much as possible, while reducing systematic effects of causing growth elsewhere.

I'm not going for huge, I am going for improvement and to hit my goals. I believe with this, I can do it. I will take October to use yohimbe/ECA stack and some good cardio to cut.

Cycle: 4 weeks - Sept 1-Sept 29
Workout: 3 days/week
Tuesday:Back/Chest
Thursday:Legs
Saturday:Arms (tris,bis,delts)
Amount: 20mcg per part for 2 bodyparts, PWO on workout days for a total of 80mcg/day 3 days a week
example: First tuesday would be 20mcg in each pec and 20mcg in each lat.

This is Tuesday(Chest/Back), Thursday(Legs), and Saturday(Delts/Arms)

DB flyes supersetted with flat or incline DB press
DB pullovers supersetted with reverse grip barbell rows
Deadlifts

Thursday: Legs

Leg Extensions supersetted with Squats
Calf raises

Saturday: Delts and Arms

DB side raises
DB rear delt laterals
Barbell Curls
Lying French Press supersetted with Dips

I will put in an official log daily for the first week for initial feedback through September 7th; then follow up with a weekly log of progress on September 14th, 21st, and 28th about how my results are going.

I am puting this up more than a week before I start because I need to order supplements and do an initial run through pre-IGF to get settled back into lifting and see where I am at to set my goals. Also I want to put this down "on paper" so I am held accountable. I haven't worked out or used even basic supplements in a long time, so I expect to REALLY blow up on this.

2 final questions...
1. Does MC take checks in the mail for IGF? My checking card just expired, and I haven't tried online purchases not sure if it'll work.
2. Anyone done hamstring IM injects? If so how was it?
