How to make 5% solution?

I want to make a solution of 5% deoxycholate. I would use BSW, BA and BB. What would the conversion numbers be for this solution. I have already tried to use the conversion calculator but it wouldn't give me a dosage percentage. Would I put .5 grams into a mixture of 9.5 ml? I'm not sure what 10ml of these liquids would weigh.

Sodium Deoxycholate is a bile salt that acts as a detergent by breaking up the fat cell wall. This is suppose to be much better than Lipostabil and there have been studies that show it breaks down lipomas quite rapidly. I just want to make up a solution for testing in the lab with 5% solution strength.
