Heat is out and its 30 in Louisiana

My stinking heater went out last night around 3 am. We woke up to go to church this morning and it was less than 55 in the house. We got the kiddies in our room with an electric heater and another in the living room. Hopefully we get it fixed. It is suppose to be in the 30s the next several nights. This never happens in La.

yea, it doesnt get cold much here in texas either. I keep my heater set to kick on at 67 to save on my electric bill. was only $114 last month! water bill was more.
but me and my roommate love cold weather and after the blistering texas summer, we enjoy waking up to a freezing house.
